We all know that female leaders in tech and in the entrepreneurship ecosystem are a minority -- and that’s especially true if you are a woman who is not an engineer. How can you climb the tech corporate ladder or be a female founder of a tech company if you’re not an engineer?

Grace is the Head of Marketing and Sr. Director for autonomous vehicles and enterprise at Lyft. Before Lyft, Grace was previously a mentor of First Round Capital, which is an investor in Blue Apron and Uber, and she served as the head of Partner Marketing, Group at Facebook.
